Services

Aaru Web Tech provides school and college ERP software, website creation and logo design. The exact scope, price and delivery time of each project are agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before work starts.

Payments

An advance is required to start a project. The balance is due before the final files are handed over or the website or ERP goes live. ERP plans may have a yearly renewal fee, which is shared in the quote.

No refund after confirmation

Once a project is confirmed (final quote accepted or advance paid) and work has started, the payment is non-refundable. This includes the advance and any amount paid for work already done, because design and development time is spent from the first day.

Changes and revisions

Small corrections that are part of the agreed scope are included. Every change request outside the agreed scope is charged separately, and the charge depends on the size of the change (for example, a text or photo update costs less than a new page, a new ERP module or a new logo concept). We tell you the cost of each change before doing it, and work starts only after you approve it.

Ownership and copyright

After full payment, the client owns the final logo files and the content of their website. The ERP software, its code and the design of this website remain the property of Aaru Web Tech and are licensed to the client for use. Copying, reselling or reproducing any design, content or code from this website without written permission is not allowed.
